Katherine Heigl's husband started dating her because she was "just like him".

Musician Josh Kelley - who married the 'Grey's Anatomy' actress in 2007 - was blown away when he met Katherine as they were so similar.

He said: "First impressions are huge and that was the thing, we were straight away best buddies. She was just like me - had all my mannerisms. So weird, but I knew she was the bomb.

"She was cast in one of my music videos and we didn't meet until the day of filming. Soon she started flirting so I knew I could take the first steps and not be embarrassed, it was awesome."

Josh, 29, was recently spotted wearing a racy belt buckle - featuring a blonde-haired, big-breasted nurse with her leg in the air beneath the caption, 'Wanna play Doctor?' - at the Callaway Golf Foundation's Celebrity Tournament in Los Angeles.

He admitted Katherine was the inspiration behind the accessory.

He said: "I bought it just because my girl plays a doctor in a TV show, she inspired me."
