Jail theme for Paris waxwork
Madame Tussaud's in New York has paid homage to Paris Hilton's stint in jail by adorning her waxwork in prison garb.The figure's fashionable sweat suit has been changed to a black and white old-world styled jail outfit.
Director of Marketing Stacy Shuster said: "We are all about fun, celebrity and current events.
"So, when we heard that Paris was going to be reporting to jail sometime in June, we got together and we said - it would be a fun great idea if we could put Paris in some jail clothing and give our guest just a little bit of fun with it."
The 26-year-old is currently serving 23 days imprisonment at the Century Regional Detention Facility for violating probation in an alcohol-related reckless driving case.
Her lawyer, Richard Hutton, said after a jailhouse visit with the blonde that she "is doing well" and that she intended to use her time to reflect on her life and decide how she can "make the world a better place".
