Britney Spears is trying to lose weight by doing endless sets, abdominal crunches and taking dance classes. She has already lost 15 pounds. She wants to get back on the tour around the country and she wants to do it fast.
Brit’s high-intense dance routines can burn up to 1,500 calories per day, says her fitness trainer, and is losing about a pound a day. At her private dancing classes Britney is accompanied by dancers of her choice, that she picks from the list provided to her by the Millennium Dance Complex where she has the dance sessions.
Besides the classes Britney has a personal work out trainer who she works with on her six-pack. She is doing 500 to 1000 crunches at a time. In addition, Britney is dieting and have been getting a LipoDissolve treatment, a less invasive form of liposuction.
Britney “moto” now days is “me me me”. She wants to get back on the road and in to the spot light and to prove to everyone that she can come back even better and hotter then she was before.
