Witherspoon fell for Jake Gyllenhaal?Washington: Oscar winner Reese Witherspoon has reportedly found love once again, this time in the arms of hunky actor Jake Gyllenhaal.

The actress, who split from hubby Ryan Phillippe last year after being married for seven years, has quietly been dating the fellow Oscar-nominee Gyllenhaal for the past two months.

As for how the two got together, well though they were both acquaintances from before - Jake was an old workout buddy of Phillippe - it was only when they were working together on their new movie CIA thriller 'Rendition', that nature took its course.

And what started off as a "little flirtation", a source reveals has now become something more serious.

"Jake went and reintroduced himself to Reese. Things slowly progressed, but it was never something she thought would happen from the start. She just kind of developed this little crush over time," People magazine quoted the source, as saying.

The source also revealed that it is Reese's devotion to her two kids - daughter Ava and son Deacon - that the actor really finds attractive.

"Jake finds it attractive that she's such a great mom. He really loves kids and wants a family," the insider said.

A pal of Gyllenhaal's also admitted that what clinched the deal was that they both are fiercely protective of their private life, and love to stay at home with pals instead of hitting the party circle every night.

"Kirsten wanted to go out and have fun and he wanted to stay in, watch a movie and cook dinner. ... He's very into his work, health and family. Reese is perfect for him. They're super together - this thing is for real," the pal said.

As for how Witherspoon feels, well a friend of hers revealed that the actress was just happy to have found some who shares her priorities in live in a place like Hollywood.

"She was happy to meet someone in this town who shared those priorities," the friend said.
