The former 'Dawson's Creek' actress celebrated her birthday on Sunday by visiting a family in East Los Angeles to deliver gifts and a Christmas tree.
Katie was accompanied by her husband Tom Cruise's adopted children Connor, 11, and 13-year-old Isabella.
Meanwhile, Katie has laughed off rumors that she is pregnant.
It was suggested the 'Batman Begins' actress was expecting her second child with the 'Top Gun' actor - their daughter, Suri, was born in April - after she attended a film premiere sporting what appeared to be a baby bump..
Katie's alleged bump was also the topic of conversation after the couple's post-wedding party in California.
However, Tom's representative has rubbished the rumors, saying: "To our knowledge, Katie is not pregnant."
