4. Google Glass shifted to workplace
Google announced in January that it would no longer produce its futuristic Internet-connected spectacles. But the company seemed to be working on a modified version, the Google Glass Enterprise Edition, for a different kind of user, according to Federal Communications Commission (FCC) filings posted in December.
