"The Internet has made significant progress in recent years. However, technical attacks occur with the development of technology, and create challenges. First, it challenges our personal privacy, because all personal data is uploaded on the Internet. Second, we could face financial losses because bank accounts are connected to all kinds of devices when we pay online. Third, the Internet not only connects the computer and mobile phone, also some physical devices. For example, if some hackers break into the system of your smart car, your car has to stop suddenly, and it could turn into a car accident. Under this circumstance, we should increase international cooperation and exchange experience on cyber security information and technology."
