Updated: 2010-05-27 17:35 The speech was delivered by Ma Haining, deputy chairman with China Council for the Promotion of International Trade, Jiangsu Sub-council, in Beijing on May 25, 2010. Distinguished guests, friends from the press: Good morning. The presence of overseas business partners, especially high level international guests is key to make the conference successful and become a service outsourcing brand exhibition. With the aim of establishing a channel of expanding business cooperation and communication channel for overseas and domestic service outsourcing enterprises, we began our overseas clients invitation work in the second half year of 2009. We focus on inviting senior management staff of prestigious joint ventures, experts, and overseas service outsourcing buyers and sellers to participate. The present guest list reflects the following four features. 1. Eight prominent overseas service outsourcing association will participate in the conference. We make full use of the overseas channel and resources of China Council for the Promotion of International Trade and The Council for the Promotion of International trade of Jiangsu, strengthen cooperation with the major outsourcing buyers as well as outsourcing association of outsourcing selling countries, and use the influence of the conference to invite more distinguished guests. At present, 8 prominent outsourcing associations, including IAOP, NASSCOM, NOA, Japan IT Industry Association, Germany Service Outsourcing Association, Korea Software Industry association, Association of Canadian Senior IT Professionals, Canada business Council, have promised to be the co-organizers of the conference and help us invite overseas clients. 2. Senior management staff of international joint ventures and overseas authorities, professionals will be present in the conference. All the distinguished guests who will deliver speeches in the conference are senior management staff of international joint ventures and overseas authorities. Many of them are new friends who take part in the conference for the first time, such as Mr Adreas Heckmann, Global Vice President of SAP, Mr Debajyoti Das, Vice President of Capegmini, the leading management advisory company , IT and outsourcing enterprise in the world. Miss Sue Tang, Strategic Outsourcing Vice President of IBM, the biggest IT and business solution company in the world, Mr Kirk Williams, Service Department Vice President of DELL, the leading IT product and service supplier, Mr James Longwood, vice president for Gartner’s research and advisory services, a prominent IT research and adversary services company. It is the first time that so many distinguished guests to get together in Nanjing. They will deliver speeches concerning the hot issues like the features of global outsourcing business, outsourcing strategies of foreign joint ventures in China and how to improve the capability of outsourcing. 120 overseas professionals from 21 countries and regions, including US, Japan, UK, India, and Germany , will take part in this conference.
