The Geely GC9 has served as the designated vehicle for the China-CEEC Investment and Trade Expo and G20 Hangzhou Summit, as well as other summits.
During the G20 Summit in Hangzhou last year, Geely provided 327 vehicles that were used by key departments, such as police, fire service and airport security.
"It is our identity as the diplomatic fleet and our consistent and exceptional product competence that contribute to a series of achievements, " Lin Jie, vice president of Geely Auto Group, stressed.
Geely has also targeted export destinations in the Middle East, South America, Africa, Russia and Belarus.
The Zhejiang-headquartered carmaker expects its export figures to surge 90 percent year-on-year, exceeding 40,000 vehicles sold in 2017.
Last year, Geely Auto Group announced that by the year 2020 it will produce and sell 2 million units per year and create a brand that is recognized and loved by users all over the world.
"We will make down-to-earth efforts to develop national economy, foster the new image of Made-in-China and promote Chinese auto brands to the world," Lin said.
