Climate change forum held in Beijing

International cooperation conference on green economy and climate change was held in Beijing on May 7-9, hundreds of government officials, experts and scholars, and enterprise representatives all over the world attended the meeting.

This meeting consists of main forum and 6 branch forums. The 6 branch forums will cover "green economy and sustainable development", "climate change and low carbon development", "social responsibility of enterprises and public involvement", "innovation and transfer of low carbon energy technology", "carbon finance and new energy investment", and "capacity building of addressing global climate change".

This meeting is sponsored by China Center for International Economic Exchanges, co-organized by Energy Research Institute of NDRC, Low Carbon Energy Laboratory of Tsinghua University, and Huaneng Group.
