In less than a 10-square meter restaurant in Yubei district, China's southwestern metropolis of Chongqing, a 45-year-old woman impresses customers with her skills in making wonton.
She has broken fingers, but she can fold some 2,400 wontons in a morning. Because of her outstanding competence in preparing pasta food, she has had two houses: one in her hometown and the other in Yubei, the main city.
