Zhang Tianren,
chairman of Tianneng group and a deputy at the National People's Congress.Chinese government should carry out legislative research and make top designs (designs or decisions) at national level. The country should establish promotion law on overseas investment. China should provide private enterprises consultation services and supportive policies and organize targeted training and consulting activities to cultivate and retain talented people. China should also build a global service network to provide windows and channels to solve companies' problems.
