Hong Kong stocks close 0.13% higher -- Feb 15

HONG KONG -- Hong Kong stocks closed up 31.31 points, or 0.13 percent, at 23,444.56 on Friday.

Turnover totaled HK$46.67 billion compared with Thursday's HK$57.84 billion ($1 equals to HK$7.76).
