Macao Franchise Expo 2011 to be held in July

MACAO -- Macao Trade and Investment Promotion Institute (IPIM) announced on Tuesday that Macao Franchise Expo 2011 (2011MFE) will be held here on July 8.

The 3-day event, which aims to attract more international brands to promote their products in Macao and provide more opportunities for the local Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs), will include exhibition, forums and seminars, business matching sessions and brands/services promotion, according to IPIM.

2011MFE will continue to provide exhibition incentives to local SMEs, with eligible Macao enterprises can apply up to 60 percent exhibition enrolment subsidies, said IPIM.

More than 120 exhibitors participated in last year's MFE, which drew over 7,000 visitors.
