BEIJING - Chinese Vice-Premier Wang Qishan on Thursday agreed with US Commerce Secretary Gary Faye Locke and Trade Representative Ron Kirk to enhance bilateral trade cooperation.
In their latest phone talks, the two sides exchanged views on the China-US economic and trade relations and other issues of common concern.
The JCCT was established in 1983 as a platform for the two countries to promote trade relations and address issues of mutual concern. The last session was held in the eastern Chinese city of Hangzhou in October last year.
