HONG KONG - Hong Kong stocks closed down 26. 67 points, or 0.11 percent, at 23,601.24 on Tuesday.

Turnover totaled HK$83.31 billion ($10.74 billion) compared with Monday's HK$85.7 billion ($1 equals HK$7.758).
