BEIJING: China's stock index futures declined Thursday with the contract for June, the most actively traded, down 0.59 percent from the previous trading day to end at 2,769.6 points.
The July contract fell 0.5 percent to 2,786 points. The September contract was down 0.35 percent to 2,817 and the December contract dropped 0.34 percent to 2,851.

The index futures was launched at the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX) and started trading from April 16, 2010. The CFFEX has set the base value for all the four contracts at 3,399 points.
