China home transactions falling in some cities

Home transactions in some Chinese cities began decreasing in mid-April, China's top economic planning body said.

Prices have plateaued in some cities and specultors are exiting the property market, the National Development and Reform Commission said on its website. China has curbed excessive gains in home prices in some cities, it said.
