China's emerging carmaker Chery Automobile Co is moving closer to a domestic listing to fuel its rapid expansion, according to a top executive from the company.

Brilliance Auto, a car manufacturer based in the northeastern Chinese city of Shenyang, will come out with an all-electric concept car at the upcoming 2009 Shanghai auto show this month, said Liu Zhigang, president of Brilliance Jinbei Auto.
