Shanghai to curb small vehicles

For the sake of energy efficiency, environmental protection, and driving security, the association decided to set a threshold for vehicles entering Shanghai's market, although they are first subject to the national standards. The upcoming technical rules stipulate that the maximum speed of 0.8-liter vehicles or smaller ones should be no less than 130 kilometers per hour (km/h), and 140 km/h for those between 0.8 liters and 1.5 liters. ...
