Shanda Interactive Entertainment Ltd said it entered into licensing and distribution agreements for its online games World of Legend, Magical Land and Crazy Kart in Vietnam, Hong Kong and Macao.

The company said it signed agreements for World of Legend and Crazy Kart in Vietnam and for Magical Land and Crazy Kart in Hong Kong and Macao.

Shanda's Vietnam partner is IT Investment and Development Co which will have Vietnam rights to the games for three years.

Crazy Kart entered open beta testing in Vietnam on June 2 and is expected to be commercialized in late June. World of Legend is scheduled to enter closed beta testing in Vietnam in July.

Shanda signed Hong Kong and Macao rights deals with online game operator CSOFT. Magical Land and Crazy Kart are scheduled to enter closed beta testing in those territories at the end of the month.

Financial terms of the agreements were not disclosed.
