China to produce more than 8m autos in 2007

It is estimated that the boom of the Chinese auto industry will continue in 2007, when more than 8 million autos will be produced and sold in the country.

Low-emission cars will still be the main stream in the market, as they are more economical. The Chinese auto industry is ready to catch the new growth point of low-emission cars.

The sales of cars alone will increase by 20% in 2007, to 4.5 million.
