In 1993 Tsingtao Brewery Co Ltd was founded and entered into capital market. Its stock was listed in Hong Kong and Shanghai Stock Exchanges respectively, the first company that is listed in two exchanges at the same time.

Up to date, the Company runs over 40 breweries and malt plants in 18 provinces,
municipalities and autonomous regions. It has set up a market network throughout the
country, fundamentally completing the nationwide strategic layout.
