Deputy mayor: Nanjing and Taiwan are committed to win-win cooperation

Zhao Xiaojiang, deputy mayor of Nanjing, told China Daily that "Nanjing is one of the favorite destinations for Taiwan businessmen. For this reason organizers aim to develop the Taiwan trade fair into a regular large-scale event in the city."

"In addition to historic reasons, Nanjing and Taiwan, with their complementary economies, are committed to win-win cooperation amid the international financial crisis, and their economic and trade cooperation enjoys great potential," added Zhao.
