In Shanghai, many unmanned capsule gyms, called Park Box, have sprung up in some living quarters since this March.
Having three sizes of 8 square meters, 18 sq m and 28 sq m, the capsule gym equipped with treadmills, dumbbells and intelligent training systems is open 24 hours.
People can book the gym on their mobile phones and pay 10 yuan ($1.6) per hour.
