C-Radius aims to build smart communities with mobile internet solutions

Community Radius (C-Radius), an internet community service provider said it plans to build one billion square meters of smart community, aiming to become an Alibaba-like giant in online community services.

"We aim to empower medium- and small-sized property management enterprises with internet and provide convenient services for 80 percent of the city dwellers," said Lu Zhong, chairman of the company.

Lu said, "We strive to solve the tough problems that people living in traditional communities and to make community life easier in the simplest way."

With the rapid development of mobile internet, traditional property management companies lack the ability to provide efficient solutions.

The Beijing-based internet company has developed three versions of mobile applications for property management personnel, owners and small business around the neighborhoods. For instance, requests for repairs and online shopping can be easily made with these applications.

Shen Jianzhong, Chairman of China Property Management Institute said C-Radius connects owners, property management personnel and small businesses, and brings vigor to the traditional property management industry through fusing internet technology with community services.

The company has forged partnerships with about 120 leading companies in this industry, including China Resources and Beijing Capital Development Holding. Its smart services have already covered more than 6,000 square meters, 400 communities and 350,000 households in over 20 cities in China.

It will further upgrade its technology, products, operations and service to help accelerate the upgrading of traditional property management service providers.
