Talkmate, which offers learning courses for 60 languages, is ready to take these courses free of charge to those living in areas that lack educational resources, said founder Wen Ronghui on the launch ceremony of UNESCO-Talkmate Partnership for the development of World Atlas of Languages.

Under the project that will last until 2019, Talkmate will create study systems for 240 official languages in the world based on its Input, Connect, Output and Check (ICOC) method and learning courses for more than 4,000 non-official languages.
