In the beginning, both Huang Jingwei and Xi Zeyu had a lot of difficulties getting financial backing and could not afford to hire workers. Huang's drive and dedication saw him moving things on his own. But over time they were able to hire over 20 workers. Their business strategy was to offer the best moving service. To differentiate from others, Huang reminds his workers to pay attention to detail. He requires his staff to package all the goods for customers and avoid any damage.
