What is the book you are reading now?
I usually read two or three books at the same time. I am currently reading The Bully Pulpit by Doris Kearns Goodwin. It explores the relationship between two reformist politicians, Theodore Roosevelt and William Howard Taft, from the United States. I admire Roosevelt for his courage and energy.
What is your greatest fear?
My greatest fear is whether we would be able to ensure the safety and security of the next generation.
What is the quality you most admire in a person?
Integrity.
If you could change one thing about yourself, what would it be?
My patience.
If your house were on fire and everyone were out of the house safely, you could take only one box of things with you, what would it be?

What's the best way to break the ice with a Chinese businessman you've met for the first time?
Sharing personal life stories that are unrelated with businesses.
Can you frame a question that you would like to answer?
The question: What motivates me? And the answer to it would be: I enjoy challenges and hard tasks. Easy tasks are not enjoyable for me. If there is no challenge or stress, I tend to get bored.
