Chinese stocks open higher - Apr 3

BEIJING - Chinese stocks opened higher on Wednesday, with the benchmark Shanghai Composite Index opening at 2,232.69 points, up 0.22 percent from the previous close.

The Shenzhen Component Index opened 0.53 percent higher at 9,007.65.
