Growth of China's industrial value-added output accelerated to 16.3 percent year-on-year in the first three quarters, the National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) announced Thursday.
The growth was 7.6 percentage points higher than the same period last year, NBS said.
According to the NBS, the country has made a 13.5-percent increase in the third quarter and a 13.3-percent increase in September.
Industrial value-added output measures the final results of industrial production, which is the value of gross industrial output minus intermediate inputs such as raw materials and labor.
