Trade between the economically-developed Jiangsu province in eastern China and Taiwan amounted to $11.33 billion in the first four months of this year, a growth of 91.9 percent on the same period of last year.
The total included $2.2 billion in export value, up 81 percent, and $9.13 billion, up 94.7 percent. Jiangsu accounts for around 25 percent of total trade between the Chinese mainland and Taiwan.
