Former BOC vice-president gets new job at central bank

Updated: 2009-10-23 09:35 Zhu Min, formerly vice president of the Bank of China (BOC), one of the country's top four lenders, has been appointed deputy governor of the People's Bank of China (PBOC), the central bank.
When contacted by Xinhua Thursday, Zhu said he would exert himself to contribute to the country and the society. Zhu has resigned from BOC for job change, according to a BOC statement on Monday. (For more biz stories, please visit Industries)
