Star River, a premium residential project in the capital's CBD area, opened its third phase for sale on Sunday.

About 500 apartments ranging in size from 200 sq m to 300 sq m were on sale at an average price of about 30,000 yuan per sq m. Some 10 percent of the apartments were sold to foreigners.
