Realty: Prax to develop in Tianjin

Prax Capital, a China-focused private equity firm, announced a 200 million yuan investment to jointly develop a large residential site near Tianjin's city center with Tianjin developer VcanLand.

This is the first investment project for Prax Capital Fund III, which focuses exclusively on real estate development in China.
