Sa Sa International Holdings Ltd, Asia's largest cosmetics retailer, opened its third outlet on China's mainland in Shanghai yesterday.

The new store is located at the Fanghui Plaza on Changshou Road in the Caojiadu commercial area. The Hong Kong-based company plans to operate seven to nine stores in Shanghai by the end of March next year. It also intends to expand into Beijing, Chengdu and Guangzhou and open at least 100 outlets by 2010.
