The National Health Commission on Aug 18 issued the Tentative 8th Edition of the Diagnosis and Treatment Protocol for COVID-19 Patients. Based on the previous editions, this latest protocol highlights some revised key points including etiological and epidemiological characteristics, clinical characteristics, as well as case definitions, treatment and discharge.
