We wish the English version of 'Online energy station' series will assist the global friends as well!
The first-line staff are overwhelmed by the long-term overload work. We still don't know when it will come to an end. In many cases, they may also suffer from fear and uncertainty as the public. How can the first-line staff both help the patient and protect themselves? The exercise below is mainly for them to recover from exhaustion and regain energy.
