Anti-IL-6 for HIV isn't solution for COVID-19

As of Tuesday, Israel has over 4,800 confirmed cases. Around the globe, over 787,600 people have tested positive for COVID-19, according to figures shared by Johns Hopkins Coronavirus Resource Center. Chinese doctors, who worked on the front line in Wuhan to treat COVID-19 patients, shared their experience and the latest scientific developments with Israeli experts on Wednesday.

Doctors around the world are trying to find a treatment for COVID-19. In response to an Israeli expert's question about the effectiveness of Anti-Interleukin-6 agents on managing symptoms of patients with COVID-19, a Chinese doctor said it isn't recommended.
