China (Liaoning) International Education Exhibition is the largest and the most international student recruitment event of its kind in northeast (NE) China. NE China consists of Liaoning, Jilin and Heilongjiang provinces with a population of over 100 millions. Liaoning, as the southernmost province, its proximity to the sea has given it commercial and strategic advantages throughout its history.

Liaoning entire province owns more than 2,600 secondary schools (including technical schools, senior high schools, higher vocational schools and professional middle schools) and 75 tertiary educational institutions enrolling 711,000 students with 51,937 graduate students. It contributes to 47% of the total number of universities/institutions in the whole NE China area. Participants will be able to make face-to-face contact with a wide variety of students and educational institutes.

China (Liaoning) International Education Exhibition is expected to attract well over 15,000 high quality visitors including students, their parents and educational professionals from Shenyang, Anshan, Dalian and the neighboring cities.

Dalian is also a major industrial center with large shipyards, fisheries, an oil refinery, textile mills, chemical and fertilizer plants. In 2005, the enrolling rate of senior high school reached 91.5% and more than 80 thousand technicians were trained in various field.

CHINA Located at the central Liaoning Province, Anshan's huge integrated iron and steel complex is the largest in China. Shenyang is the capital city of Liaoning province. Being the fourth largest city in China, it is connected by rail with all the major cities of Liaoning and with Beijing as well as North Korea. Shenyang is the leading manufacturing hub in a highly industrialized area, having one of the largest machine-tool plants in China. There are 89 vocational junior and senior middle schools with 55,000 students, and 10 adult schools training 13,900 students annually.
