US intelligence chief is stepping down

WASHINGTON -- US media on Thursday reported that Dennis Blair, Director of National Intelligence, is resigning.

As President Barack Obama's top intelligence adviser, Blair is responsible for coordinating the 16 intelligence agencies of the United States.
