Commuters stranded as No. 5 subway shut own

A train on Beijing No. 5 subway line stopped working at 8:50 am this morning near the Lishuiqiao stop, blocking the entire southbound line. The reason for the closure is not yet clear. Passengers are urged to use other means of transportation. It is also unclear when the service will resume.
